Founded by Holly Sour and Krisann Binetti in 2016, International United Miss (IUM) was the fruit of a shared dream. Long before its creation, Krisann approached Holly with a vision and together they crafted a business model. From that meeting, a legacy was born.

We've been in your shoes. Krisann's journey from competitor to coach gives her a deep understanding of the pageant pulse. And Holly? As a dedicated pageant mom with a business twist, she knows both the excitement in the audience and the hustle behind the scenes. They've seen, time and time again, the ways pageantry empowers and uplifts women from all walks of life. Through IUM, they aimed to build a platform where every woman could fearlessly embrace her authenticity, celebrating achievements both on and beyond the stage.

The IUM Journey

From humble beginnings in Pennsylvania to a global stage with nearly 20 state pageants, our reach now spans continents - welcoming talents from the UK, South Africa, Germany, and more!

Our stages have shimmered from the iconic boardwalks of Atlantic City to the sandy shores of Myrtle Beach, and now amidst the magic of Orlando. Eight transformative years later, thousands of girls and women have graced the IUM stage.

Each year, a select 10 join our cherished sisterhood, Omega Pi Epsilon. Even after their reigns conclude, our royalty remain vital members of the IUM family. We firmly believe in fostering a network of supportive and like-minded women, and that's the core essence of International United Miss

  • The Crown Speaks

    Our stunning AB stone tiara isn't just another crown. It's a testament to the diverse brilliance of our contestants. At IUM, every participant is a unique chapter in our grand narrative.

  • Everything Happens for a Reason

    Our state crown found us. In the early days of our planning, we were introduced to a design that truly spoke to us. If you take a closer look, there are 6 prominent stones in the center of the crown. Those stones represent the 6 letters of our acronym, H.E.R.O.I.C.. Honesty, Empathy, Respect, Optimism, Integrity and Community are all characteristics of being a leader.

  • A Crown with Purpose

    We changed our International and National crowns in 2017 because we found the “big sister” to our state crown, bringing our #BeHEROIC mission to all levels of our organization.
