National Junior Miss
2024 - 2025
Hello everyone! My name is Kaitlyn Briggs and I am your National United Junior Miss. I am 16 years old, going into my Junior year of High School, and a full time college student majoring in psychology with a 4.3 GPA.
I am a competitive dancer on two teams. One is with my private dance studio, and the other is with my school’s Varsity dance team. I have a love for Christ, a huge sweet tooth, love to read, paint, color, and exercise!
A fun fact about me is that I love to travel!! Being a pilot’s daughter, I was brought up in a family where we are always going somewhere! I am so excited to travel to the IUM state pageants and trips with my sister queens throughout this year!
After struggling and hiding the fact of me having two types of lisps, I decided to make my platform, “SPEAK OUT”. I use my story as a platform to advocate for others who hide their voice and power due to insecurity or fear of peoples’ judgement. I teach to never hide your voice. Instead, use your voice to speak out and chase your goals and dreams.
I chose IUM because after watching people return year after year with so much joy and peace, I wanted to be part of a system which surrounded everyone with love and class. Krisann and Holly are truly the most genuine people. They care for every person in their path and absolutely love their girls. By making their system driven on community service, and sisterhood, I became hooked.
I recommend IUM to anyone because of how real it is. The authenticity you see throughout the week is something that I have not seen in other systems. It is stress-free, inclusive, and is an absolute blast. I feel as though I am family and the sisterhood is something that you never want to leave. I was seen and heard and it didn’t take a win. I believe EVERYONE should join this sisterhood.
“Enjoy the moment of No’s so that when you get that YES; it means that much more”
